A merchant account is a portal for you to sell Products or Services via the MULE Marketplace, to your clients.

 

Every possible parameter and need has been covered to manage your enterprise.

  • Language Preferences
  • Merchant Payout System (MPS)
  • 8% MULE Commission on Transactions in total. No Client facing Fee. 
  • Agent Payout System (APS) for Mobile Services. Designate the rates you pay your agents, as a proportion of the 92% payout.
  • Merchant Configuration. Including Date & Time scheduling, Delivery Modes, Minimum Orders, Task Tagging (MULE Hub), Discounts, Email Notifications, Workflow (Product or Services)
  • Catalogue. Including Categories & Products/Services, CSV upload/download, Layout preferences, Variants, Descriptions, Images and more.
  • Analytics.
  • Order Management. Pending, Dispatched, Completed & Cancelled.
  • User Rights & GDPR compliant

A merchant account contains the following distinct sections:

It's important to understand  how your MULE Merchant Account functions. Fundamental elements include choosing between:

 

  • Product or Service;
  • Mobile and/or Local;
  • On Demand and/or Scheduling.

Business Categories represent your general area of service or product.

 

Examples include HomeVehicleGardenLeisureBeauty, etc. 

 

MULE creates and manages business categories;  we allocate them to you according to your enterprise.

Service Tags are for merchants selling services, only.

 

The tags connect a clients order to a known agent, via the Hub, using the auto-allocation system.

 

In order to receive a task from a merchant account, an agent must have the same service tag in his or her profile. 

Fill your catalogue with Products or Services. File these under Categories. It's simple. 

 

Catalogue entries have numerous configurations including

 

  • Product or Service Name
  • Price & Pricing Type
  • Duration (if Service)
  • Short & Long Descriptions
  • Image Upload
  • Optional Extra's (multiple)
  • Variants

Orders are generated by Clients using the MULE Marketplace. These are managed into:

 

  • Pending
  • Dispatched
  • Completed
  • Cancelled

 

It's easy to manage all of your customers orders. 

MULE Merchants are required to input Personal or Business bank details into the Dashboard to receive payouts.

 

The system relies on you uploading formal Identification Documentation(e.g. passport, drivers licence, ID card, etc.) Both sides are required.

Track your work and productivity. Monitor workflow and revenue. Find the patterns. Do your accounts.
