Connected directly to MULE Marketplace & Merchant; Orders convert into Tasks in Hub, and auto-assign to Agents in your GeoFence.

Missions are a nice way to simplify workflow. The mission itself is not chargeable, but Chargeable Orders can exist, to reflect that mission.

 

Rather than assigning individual tasks to each Agent, individually. The Hub creates a Mission, containing multiple tasks and can distribute those to many agents. 

MULE provides Merchant Accounts with Basic Hub Access.

 

Numerous extensions to the Hub systems exist. Access control is designated by MULE. 

MULE works closely with  merchants to optimise workflow. If a Merchant requires more independence, to enhance growth, MULE provides escalating levels of administrative rights to fulfil merchants requirements.
